L Marks is working to bridge the gap between startups and corporates. We’re on the hunt for a Programme Coordinator to join the team and help lead on our programme with Volvo Financial Services in Greensboro, NC.

We’re a fast growing company, and started our journey by working with some of Europe’s biggest companies to support their innovation efforts and invest in the most promising startups. L Marks today works with multiple global brands, helping to build technology and change corporate cultures across various industries. Having built startup partnership programmes like BMW Innovation Lab in the UK, the US and Japan, as well as Arsenal Innovation lab and Hangar51, we’re now looking for a proactive Programme Coordinator to join the team.
You will be:
♦ Supporting the launch and delivery of our upcoming programme with Volvo Financial Services to ensure startups meet objectives set with the client;
♦ Developing long-term relationships with the relevant partners and their internal teams to support the timely and successful delivery of each programme;
♦ Acting as a knowledgeable advisor to the partner in how to deliver an innovation programme;
♦ Building and leveraging contacts in relevant industries to plan a successful programme of startup support;
♦ Ensuring that high standards of quality are upheld;
♦ Monitoring progress of programmes and routinely assessing for risks;
♦ Supporting the Account Manager with, costing and billing of the programme;
♦ Our friendly face on the ground to help startups connect effectively with our corporate partners.

The ideal candidate will have:
♦ Some proven project management or other relevant experience;
♦ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation;
♦ Knowledge and demonstrable interest in the startup and/or innovation space;
♦ Strong organisational skills and proven ability to work efficiently to tight timelines while paying strict attention to detail;
♦ Superb reporting and analytical skills;
♦ Excellent diplomacy, negotiation and communications skills;
♦ Fantastic people skills and strong emotional intelligence;
♦ A demonstrable interest in entrepreneurship and early-stage businesses.
