Health AI Mobilisation Centre Announces Pilot Cohort
LONDON, March 5 – Thames Freeport, in partnership with L Marks, PUBLIC, Avencera, and Together First CIC, has announced the six AI technologies selected to participate in the Health AI Mobilisation Centre, a delivery initiative designed to deploy NHS-ready AI solutions at scale across Thurrock, Havering, and Barking & Dagenham.
Each technology went live in GP practice environments from February 2026, with pilots running over a minimum five-week period. Wraparound training is provided for NHS staff throughout to ensure safe, informed adoption. The initiative is designed to improve GP capacity, support health equity, and build digital skills and AI literacy among NHS staff across the region.
AccuRx Scribe
Securely captures consultations, drafts clinical notes, summaries and letters, and saves them to the patient record, while enabling instant, secure onward communication with patients and other healthcare professionals via the Accurx communication platform.
EMIS Scribe (Optum / T-Pro)
AI-powered clinical documentation platform from Optum, delivered with T-Pro, that automates consultation capture and note creation within EMIS Web, reducing time spent on administrative tasks while improving record quality.
Heidi Health
AI Medical scribe with configurable templates that reduces documentation time and returns capacity to patient care.
X-on Health
Unifies cloud telephony, messaging, documents, appointment booking and video consultations into one fully integrated platform, enhanced by AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows that reduce manual administration and deliver a safer, smarter experience for patients and practices alike.
