An L Marks alumni Collaboration: Qudini’s Appointment System now integrates with Go Instore’s video technology
Qudini is a customer experience management platform that helps brands to improve their customer experience to retain and drive footfall through queue management, pre-booked appointments and customer communication opportunities. Qudini joined JLAB through the “Smart Partners” category with a queue-beating app that helped John Lewis manage customers’ journeys, scheduling appointments in queues and store associates.
Go Instore’s bridges the gap between online and offline experiences, connecting online visitors with the brands most valuable asset, their people.Go Instore joined the first Cohort of intu Accelerate and were selected for the ‘’Future of Shopping’’ category. Through the service, shop associates can speak with consumers via video as they walk around the shop showing relevant items and answering customer queries.
The two businesses have partnered as part of Qudini’s series of video integrations to improve virtual appointments which will be done via Zoom and 8×8.
